Cannot view workflow changes

A page change submitted to workflow can't be view in the dashboard.

When visiting the "waiting for me" page, this error appears:

"Entity of type 'Concrete\Core\Entity\Express\Entry' for IDs exEntryID(9) was not found"

Replacing the entire /concrete folder doesn't stop this error. So presumably something is wrong in the database, but I don't know where to start looking.

I'm using concrete5 8.3.2.

Did you set the dashboard page and sub-page permissions, so the user can access the page /dashboard/welcome/me?

Did you enable the Notifications in System & Settings -> Login & Registration -> Notification Settings?
