Can't Access dashboard / site after changing theme option

After editing the navigation menu to display subpages, it displayed access denied in place of the navigation bar. I then selected discard edits, and it came back with
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/apoprecords/apoprecords.com/updates/concrete5.5.2/concrete/libraries/3rdparty/Zend/Cache/Backend/File.php on line 962
I can get to the login page without any problem, but once I enter login and pw I get the above message. The error line will vary on each load. Is it possible to uninstall a theme without using the dashboard? Accessing any non c5 pages, or pages that dont use that theme work fine. you can see the error by visiting apoprecords.com

Thanks. That worked, I'm going to switch to one of the default themes and uninstall the marketplace theme and see if that fixes the issue.
Excellent!
You would also do well to manually upgrade to 5.5.2.1,
There have been problems with auto update recently so I would advice against using it, instead do this,
download the latest package from this website (currently 5.5.2.1),
unzip the package and ftp it into the root/updates/ folder,
then run this file from your browser,

make sure you backup your database before updating just in case..
