Can't access the dashboard

Hi - I've installed C5 on a fresh server and exported the data over from another installation. I thought I'd installed C5.5.1 on this server but its coming up asking for this file..
Fatal error: Call to undefined method ConcreteDashboardHelper::getDashboardBackgroundImage() in /home/compact/public_html/concrete/themes/dashboard/elements/header.php on line 65

Any ideas...? How can I make this installation exactly mirror the one that's on the other server?

Im having the same problem. Hope there is a solution for it?
