Can't add single pages from dashboard

Hi,
I can't add a new single page to my site, I get this error: "That specified path doesn't appear to be a valid static page.".
The thing is that it works well on my local environment, I have deployed to a test environment, source code is here (views and controllers) but can't add the page... no log at all....
Any idea
