Can't connect project to community

I have gone through the Connect to Community process several times, but my "project" never shows up under my profile\projects area. I have some purchased software I need to download, but can't do it until I get this done, right?

Not sure why it is not showing up in your projects, but if you unassign the add-on, you can then go here:http://www.concrete5.org/profile/orders/... (while logged in of course) and download the archive and upload it to the site. When you get the project connection sorted out, then you can assign the add-on as needed.

Not a fix, but at least a work around so you can keep working.

I tried that, but I'm a end-of-the-line user with no access to the actual server. All I do it admin the page from my home PC.

I need to get that project page done. I went thru the video again, and I'm clearly seeing the "congratulations, your site is connected" page, but no project when I login to concrete5 web site.

Thanks for your response. Any other tips will be appreciated.

I am getting exactly the same problem. Was there a solution in the end.
