Can't Find Database Password in site.php

I hope this is an easy one. I am about to transfer a site to a new host and I do not know the MySQL database password. I have looked in /config/site.php but there is no reference of it there.
Environment:

Core Version - 8.2.1
Version Installed - 8.2.1
Database Version - 20170802000000
# concrete5 Packages
Fundamental (4.0.5), Stucco (2.1.3)
# concrete5 Overrides
None
Where would I find the entry for the database password?
