I don't know what else to do at this point I have tried all of the trouble shooting and none of it has helped - has anyone had trouble hearing the Silence theme tutorial video's? We have tried on work PC's, home PC's, MAC laptop none of them can hear the video's only view - I really need to hear them or see a written version of them as I am at a point that I need instruction but can only view tutorials. Any enlightenment would be so greatly appreciated.
