Can't load .swf banners into Advertisement Add-on

With the old version of C5, I could easily .swf banners. Under the new C5 version, the .swf banners just appear as a blank rectangle with a ?. Gif banners load fine. Any ideas? My consultant thinks it is a bug with the Advertisement add-on. (EdisonReport.net)

From my best knowledge, .swf file is played by Flash player right? So version of C5 has nothing do with it. Check your flash plugin on browser. Check the href tag you use for the location
