Can't save any kind of block "Forbidden You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server."

Hey folks,
Can't seem to save any kind of block to a new page type I've just set up. Any ideas?
I've seen reports of it being a htaccess/clean urls issue, but the problems still occurs despite clean urls been off/on.
I've managed to save a block fine on my "home" page type.
Yet any other one double let me save a block. I've even setup a new page type since and it still does it but I still get "Forbidden You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server." :[
Any ideas?

Just managed to save a block if editing the "default fields", yet I still cannot add one to a page!
Ok weird bug, I didn't find a fix, though it's fixed itself.
At first I thought it was possibly just because it was content copied from clipboard, typed it out by hand and seemed to accept some of the text ok.
But when I added two paragraphs I got the same error. I went slow adding a few words at a time just writing it out (no copying/pasting), and now I haven't got the issue for about 30mins.
