Captcha Error on Registration Form

I just updated my site from 5.6.0.2 to 5.6.1.2 and now I'm getting errors on my Registration for relative to Captcha.

Here's the error I'm getting:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getController() on a non-object in /home/physique/public_html/updates/concrete5.6.2.1_updater/concrete/core/helpers/validation/captcha.php on line 10
