Change Look and feel of a site

Hi ,

We are looking for CMS , which allows us to change the look and feel of our web site. It is a dynamic web site running on our servers.Please let me know if it is something you support.

Concrete has lots and lots of ways to customize the look and feel. There's plenty of themes, many of which can be customized.

Also, Concrete has built-in design options such as being able to change colors, spacing, and even adding your own inline CSS.

Like you scammed me? Paid you a deposit for work you said will take 1 week and 11 weeks later you had nothing to show. Kept my money and refused to refund it?
