Change month names in ProBlog list block

What i want to do is to change month name in ProBlog list block, just for translation purposes.

I have tried editing the problog_list>templates>archive> view.php in line 25

$months = array(t('January'),t('February'),t('March'),t('April'),t('May'),t('June'),t('July'),t('August'),t('September'),t('October'),t('November'),t('December'));

and if i change month names to my own language it displays correctly on page, but template loose its funcionality.

Any chance to do what i´m asking for or its completely imposible?
