Change password for logged in users

Hi,

I am currently finishing a project. All I need at the moment is a part where logged in users can change their own password.
I do all ready have a custom login page at
http://stillen.ch/c5/login

Is there an easy way to get a form to change the logged in users password? Or doing have to write this by my own?

If I have to write this by my self, where do I have to put the controller for this form?

Do you have public profiles enabled? If you do, the users can change their passwords from their profile pages.
