Change the default language

How can I change the language of dashboard in concrete5 8.5.2 .

Dashboard > System & Settings > Basics > Languages > Default Language

Thanks of replying! I did this but my aim is not fulfill ..Actually i want whole website in German..
I want to convert my dashboard in German..

Try to clear cache then to log out and to log in

I tried it but still same problem ..Admin dashboard still in English
