Change user join date

I am working with a members site and I need to adjust the date that the members joined.
As I add them they all get the current date.
Where would I change this..Am I gonna have to dig into the database?
If so where?
Any addons that help with this?

I don't know if there is another way to change date joined other than the db approach, but in the db you have the table 'users' with the attribute 'uDateAdded'.
