Change Username to Real Name

i added user attribut Real Name,
can we replace username with real name for view? i think its not wise for people can see your username login, its must be hidden.

so i try to replace username with real name.

i want display it in profile page, and in the news/page post on 'Post by xxx' in blog_entry too..
