Changing "My Site" Header

I am building a website (www.www.lorisudlerphotograghy.com... ) and I am sure this is a stupid question but how do I get the "My Site" out of the header

On the default theme you're using, go to dashboard - Scrapbooks - Global Scrapbook - "My_Site_Name"
Choose edit and insert your site name or logo into the edit box
