ckeditor cannot edit text

I have a content block (ckeditor) with an image on top and below a caption. Both are in a div, created with the div manager. hovering over the image shows caption etc..
When in edit mode, I cannot edit the text or place a cursor into text-div.
what am I doing wrong.
when i have an image block and content block everything works as desired.
