Cleanup of install

I read somewhere that it is advisable to delete a certain directory after install for security reasons. Which one?

Also, to go live do I just have to delete the currently index.html holding page and the browser will automatically detect default.php in the concrete5 directory?

I've never deleted anything after install. Maybe you're thinking of Wordpress?

Anyway, to go live, yes, just try removing index.html as the server (not the browser) will look for other default documents like index.php or default.php. If removing index.html doesn't appear to work, you're probably still seeing the old website page cached within your system. Reboot your computer, reboot your router and give it another try.
