Clicking "Add to Main" brings up "Edit" menu.

Hey there.

I am a relative newbie on this subject. I have been looking around to things that MIGHT have looked like mine. I notice people are talking about a break in javascript code or something to do with CSS and z-index.
This menu is concerning for me since it's the Add to Main section. All the menus for the rest of the site work fabulously.
What seems to be the problem? And can someone help?
