Collecting the results of Searches

Visitors use the Search Block and that's great.
Sometimes they get results and sometimes they don't.
Is that data saved somewhere I can pull it?
Specifically, I want to know what my visitors searched for. I want to know what phrases/words produced results and I want to also know what phrases/words produced NO results (because that's something I have to fix).
