CollectionAttributeValue table - which name is correct?

Hi, I am getting a 1062 duplicate key error on the CollectionAttributeValue table. What table name should be used? I have both CollectionAttributeValue and _CollectionAttributeValue.
Both of these tables have content. The former has thousands of rows.
Additionally, I have around 8 tables that all have a _ prefix. Is my page trying to force update content in the wrong table?
