CometChat documentation and help needed

Hi ppl,
I have just purchased and installed Comet Chat. Works fine but I need some help please:
1) how to make it available for non-registered users
2) how to add channels ( as I see on developer's site )
Anyways, my idea was that it can be used for guests also to ask question if I'm online. If user is registered it can enter or create channels, and access chat on some different level.
Or this plugin is not supposed to work this way?

Did you ever get help on this? I've got the same questions but I've yet to purchase the addon. I see you posted back in March (2 months ago) and no response.
I should've asked Concrete support for this but I didn't.
Meanwhile, client don't need channels and want users to register so I forgot at the moment about it.
