Hello,

A customer of mine wants a page for visitors to comment. After putting some thought into it, i was thinking to use the Blog part (i am using the Elemental theme) and by pointing to the right link, do the trick. But that creates two questions:

1) Is this the only way to do it, or is there another more efficient one?

2) Assuming this is the only way, is it possible for the comments to pend approval before published?

Thanks in advance!

Use the Conversations feature that is included with Concrete, which is a commenting system. It has a front-end block, and back-end admin area where you can approve comments.

Thanks! That's what i was looking! But what about approving the comments before showing publicly?

As far as I know, I don't believe there is a way to do this. Although you can always unapprove, mark as spam, and delete message via the dashboard.

Hopefully manually approving comments prior to public view will be added in Concrete 5.8.
