Composer attributes Section Title? 5.6.2.1
Permalink
Anyone know how I could add section titles to groups of attributes in a composer page? I need a way to distinguish groups of attributes that show up under Attributes & Content.
Example:
PROPERTY AMENITIES
-attribute 1
-attribute 2
-attribute 3
-attribute 4
-attribute 5
APARTMENT AMENITIES
-attribute 1
-attribute 2
-attribute 3
-attribute 4
-attribute 5
PARKING OPTIONS
-attribute 1
-attribute 2
-attribute 3
-attribute 4
-attribute 5
I tried creating a read only text attribute but it didn't work.
Anyone have any ideas? I have about 12 groups of attributes I need to add section titles to.

I do not see PageType --> Edit form --> "add set" --> anywhere. When I go to Page type i see DEFAULT - SETTINGS - COMPOSER. Nowhere do I see EDIT FORM. When i go to ATTRIBUTES I can add a set, but that doesn't show up in Composer.
Can you please explain further? As a reminder... in the post title it says 5.6.2.1... are you talking about 5.7?

This is not something that can be easily accomplished with 5.6, you would have to make your own editing interface in order to do this.
As hutman notes, this is not an easy task. You may consider taking a look at the Front End Attribute Editor add-on. This could allow your users to edit the attributes from directly on the page without page reloads or clicking into an editing interface.
The Set 1 i added -[name]. bla bla - description:
att 1
att 2
Set 2:
att 1
att 2
of course You need before that to create this attributes.
And try to "collapse" - you have the for example the "Select" attributes (for parking options maybe you need only one attribute with a lot of options to choose from.
