Concrete 5.7 - where to put theme

I am just moving up to the newer version of C5.

Where do I import my theme templates? Into the Application directory?

If it's just a theme put the theme folder in /application/themes. Then it should show up in the dashboard under the Pages & Themes category.

If it's a package put the package folder inside /packages and it should show up in the dashboard in the Extend Concrete5 category.
