Concrete cannot parse the PATH_INFO or ORIG_PATH_INFO information provided by your server.

Having this error on install and I'm unable to resolve. Website was previously working then all of the sudden it stopped. Therefore I tried a fresh install now I get this error when testing required items.

Here's a phpinfo testing for the path_info:

Noticed that they run a Zeus server on FastCGI. Could this have anything to do with it?

Man, your server is running Debian Etch (old stable) very old software.
Can't you update to Lenny (Debian 4.0) at least to get an update PHP?
Is there a reason why to use Zeus?!
