Concrete5 Cookie Expires at 1969-12-31 midnight

Working on the GDPR, I was seeing if I had any cookies. Turns out Concrete5 is the only cookie I've got, but it's set to expire at 1969-12-31 T23:59:59.000Z
I'm sure you can see why this is confusion. Any help?
