Concrete5 on iPower

Trying to transfer a client site to their iPower account. here is the test URL:
http://test.lels.org/
As you can see, the hompage loads, but its god awful slow.
Clicking on any secondar page results in "No Input File Specified"
The support I received from iPower was to "contact the application vendor."
They also provided a link to this file:
http://test.lels.org/phpinfo.php...
Anyone have any experience with iPower - or this particular problem?

I was able to solve the No Input File Specified with this thread here:

However, I still don't know why the site runs SO SLOW. Anyone have any thoughts on that?
