Connect to Community

I cannot connect to the Community with these circumstances:
I copied an application that I did NOT create (just have admin privileges) to my server on which I have full access.
I am a member of Concrete5. What do I need to change within the application on MY SERVER so that I can be connected?

are you able to visit dashboard > install and sign in to add your site to the community from there ?
I am fully installed and running on my server. As I recall, I went into the DB and made some changes so that I would be the Admin on my server.
In the Dashboard, I do not see "dashboard > install and sign in".
Most likely I have changed things in the Users table so that Concrete5 does recognize me. The table was a direct copy from the original site.
