I am building a C5 site with a three column layout. The right hand column will contain promotional boxes of four or five separate content blocks that will appear consistently through all of the other pages of the site. Here is a visual reference:

Is there a way whereby the information in this column would only require editing in the Home page and then this change would take effect throughout the other pages in the site?

My client will want to delete, add and edit these blocks as well as move their positions up and down in the stack. When there are many pages this will be a lot of update work for him.

On a previous C5 site I used the technique whereby the code for a specific block from the global scrapbook is hardcoded into the other templates. However this does not allow for creating new blocks or deleting or moving them either. So ideally I'm looking for a solution which mirrors and entire column from one central editing point. Have searched Add-ons but can't find anything.
