contact form in footer

I made a simple contact form that resides in a global area of a footer on a website.However when engaged and submitted the form doesn't push the person to the a thank you page like it should.

Any ideas why it is doing this? Is it a permissions error?

That bug has been fixed and will be included in the next release.
