So I went through this forum and tried everything. The contact form isn't sending emails.

I went to the sitewide settings and set my email up and even used the external smtp. still no luck.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm sorry. I mean under "Logs". It would normally show that an email had been sent. This would rule out that there was an issue with the form itself.
Did you ever get a resolution on this? I'm experiencing a similar problem. I created a forum thread here:
http://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/customizing_c5/form-is-no...
If you discovered a resolution, care to share it?

Not sure if you got a resolution to this, but I just made a discovery that I wanted to share. I set our forms to send emails to my personal email address that is not on the same domain as our web site. The form started sending emails.
Also, I followed a tip from jordanlev on this thread:
http://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/customizing_c5/form-wonan...
...and determined that the issue is with the web host, not C5, since I placed the test PHP script at the web root so it does not go through C5 (code is in one of my replies on the thread above).
I still don't know what the issue is on the web host, but this could be a useful troubleshooting exercise.

Hi,
Same problem here, so much time later, Concrete5 5.6.3.1
Once the form it is forwarded to an email address in the same domain, the form is not send by email. If address is on another domain it gets through.
I wonder why and how can this be fixed...

Dashboard->Reports->Logs
That should show the mail attempt at least.
