Content disappears after editing the page type
Permalink
Hello
This problem is very odd.
When I edit the code for any page type in my Concrete5 5.6.3.1 installation all the content of regular areas disappears. I can remove just a simple character, and then some of the content is gone. If i edit frontpage.php and then restore to it's earlier version the content is back. So then content is still in the database, but for some reason it doesn't get shown after doing just a simple edit and save.
I am not changing area names or page types which is logically why content usually disappears.
The same thing happens in a new and fresh installation with a theme for a totally different client. Exactly the same. Do you have any idea what's going on?
I've recorded this video that shows the problem:http://youtu.be/eIuEGMfBT4I
Details:
- The theme has been coded from scratch locally and then uploaded to our own VPS with WHM/cPanel. The other sites on that server works fine. The problem occurs both locally and online on the development domain.
- The page types are all encoded with UTF-8.
- Clearing cache doesn't change anything
- Concrete5 version control doesn't change anything

Adding new content to the affected areas on the frontpage doesn't show up either.
(EDIT) - Now I can add content to the affected areas...
