Conversation Block :: Approving Messages

Is there a way to disable automatic approving of messages submitted through the conversation block?
I see that in the dashboard all conversations are listed and it shows a thumbs up as being approved, but I don't see any way to unapprove one if desired.
I'm looking for a way to not have the message approved until manually done so.
It looks like the c5.6 guest book block had this feature: http://legacy-documentation.concrete5.org/editors/in-page-editing/b...

You must go to System & Settings -> Conversations -> Conversation Permissions:
Click "Add Message to Conversation" to edit the settings, click the Details tab and under Guest select "Pending" as the default value for newly submitted messages.
I've attached a screenshot.
To approve a message, simply go to the main Conversations page in the dashboard, click on an unapproved message and in the menu that appears, the option for approving the comment is there.
