Conversion to and Working With SSO

I have a possible project that will involve integrating SSO (single sign-on) using a hosted IdP platform. The migration would be moving from LDAP servers to an internal simpleSAMLphp IDP server.

Does Concrete5 version 8.x have SSO capabilities. How would I integrate?
