Converting a Word Press theme to Concrete 5?

Possible? The abundance of themes on the other side is tormenting. Not eager to learn a new platform. How hard would it be to convert a WP template to Concrete 5?

Not only are there so many, but there is the availability of some really great quality designs. I'm hoping it will "raise the bar" for C5 theme designers.
I would always check to see if you can get the html version of a theme you like. I really like this vendors themeshttp://okdnet.us/cssigniter , and in addition to the Wordpress themes, they all come with the HTML version, and original PSD's.
So use the HTML version and convert it into a Concrete5 theme!
