Hi folks,

I have browsed the threads about converting my webpage to UTF8 compliant so that it may display Chinese characters alongside English. I was able to convert the database to UTF8 but that did not fix the problem. Unfortunately, the next steps to follow appear to be a little over my head, unless someone wants to walk me through it.

As a result, I went to my web provider (supergreenhosting.com) and asked if they could help me with it. Unfortunately, they have me very confused because they simply keep asking "what files would you like converted". What are they talking about? I want the whole website converted!!??
