Copying a Layout with its content to other pages?

Hi Everyone, hope someone can help me to show, how I can copy a Layout (in the Header Nav) with all it's content in it. The content exists of two rows of 16 small square blocks of images. I will copy these to all my other pages (as a header). Thank you :).
