Core image block no resize

Hi
the core image block behaves strange in my new page. When I add a max width or height and set to "Scale automatically" it always changes to "Force exact image match" and shows the image full size instead of scaling it. I never had this problem before, anyone know what's happening?
Can I remove the force exact image match from the block completely somehow? Because what's the point?
