Create a link to a page in block template

Hi!

How can I create a link to a page in a block template.

I will define the page by name or better by id.

or there is a few ways to get a link to a page. I don't think i fully understand what you're trying to accomplish. Are you looking to get a link to a page dynamicly? like the page won't always be known?
