Creating A "Master" Block for Sitewide Use/Display

I am wondering if I am able to create a block in concrete that I can use on multiple pages across a website but that I may update only once in a single location. Can this be done? And how so?

You can put any block(s) in a stack, then include the stack at all places you want the block(s) to show.

You edit stacks through the dashboard, a bit like editing page areas. Then on the page area edit you add the stack in the same way you would add the block.
