Creating a simple HR Job Board type site - need help in my approach

Guys, I want people and companies to each be able to create a Profile which is then searcheable by the other - like a dating site.Companies should also be able to post 'assignments' or 'jobs' and have people apply. Do I start with Forms, insert something like 'Dolphin' or is there another approach which is better? Thanks in advance.
