Hi, I have a client who desires some sort of increased Client mangagement.

While adding attributes to clients is excellent what he really wants to see in the short term is something that at least tracks and displays emails as well as the User Attributes.

So it would be like looking up your user, looking at what compnay hes from etc etc and then underneath to be able to see all the email correspondence that has gone on and the ability to send emails right there.

Then other admins could log in and see what correspondence that client has had.

I know CRM is a lot more than this but it would be a start. Kind of like Users and Groups with email built in or Tonys "Mialing List" package displaying all User Attributes and the ability to isolate an individuals emails.

Just a thought. I think this would be a very cool addon...and its worth paying for if someone wants to build it...
