CSS not loading on dashboard

I just set up a site but when loading in Firefox, the image slider doesn't work, and the CSS for the dashboard doesn't load - See attached.
In looking at the console, it appears that none of the scripts are loading. It works OK in Chrome just doesn't work in Firefox.
Any help will be appreciated.
