Css3 Compatability with IE11

I have installed Css3 Button add-on. With Chrome it works perfectly, however in IE11 it does not appear in the same design nor does it work in transferring to the assigned page. Is there anyone out there able to help. I am a novice and manage to complete most things in the designer mode, but it is a bit like feeling your way in the dark.
