Hi,
I have been upgrading a lot of my C5 sites to 5.4.1. Today I ran the upgrade on one site but on being redirected to home page I noticed that all the content was missing. It was a piece of flash animation and a simple link to another page. When I put the flash animation and link back all is okay until I move the link above the flash and then click publish my edits and poof it all disappears. If I leave the link below the flash it holds a-ok. I have cleared cache, re-run upgrade. Still same issue.

I created a local site using 5.4.1 and it behaves fine so its something anomalous on my upgraded site. Any one have any ideas?
