I need to send an auto-responce/formatted email, with images and text, to users who submit a form. I'd like to take information entered into the form fields, and display it in the email, along with artwork.

I already have Extended Form 2.6, which will send out an auto-responce email and include the form data, and I can attach artwork. But I want to be able to setup a template for the auto-responce email that goes out and edit the data that is being sent to the user.

Does anyone know of an add-on that will allow me to do this?
