I need to allow my site's members to customize their profile page. Each member needs to have the ability to add blocks to their page, without it appearing everywhere across the site. Right now, whenever a block is added to ANY member profile, it shows up on EVERYONE's page. Can this be fixed???

p.s. As the saying goes, I know just enough php to be dangerous. I can poke my way around and edit most things without breaking anything, but I don't have the skills to write from scratch. If anyone out there is kind enough to lend me a hand, could you please speak in small syllables so I can follow along?
