I think this is a simple question, but hard to make clear what I am asking.

First, I saw a great example on how to make "Regional" areas by assigning a unique name in a GloablArea for each section of the site. That applies to this question, but does not solve my problem completely.

Consider the attached image. The entire area enclosed in box "1" is what I want to repeat in each region of the site. However each item 2 through 6 are areas that the user will customize for each region. For example a different logo (#2), etc. 5 "regional areas" will work as a solution, but I am wondering if there is a better way to group them together. Can I create a stack with my own formatting of the included blocks?

What I am wondering is the best approach this issue. Is there a solution that does not include 5 unique areas, and 5 blocks? If I make a custom block for ALL of #1, selecting the logo image is simple enough, but do I have to right my own autonav for #3 and #4 nested in my block?

I am open to all suggestions.
